This is a recap of the talk we had tonight in Discord after our raid. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or remind me to add something if I forgot or left something out.

Going forward until further notice or when a time comes that we have enough to start attempting mythic progression, we are all switching over to alt runs and recruiting for both mythic / normal HFC. While we take our alts through and get them up to the points of our mains, we will attempt to recruit people in the same situation to hopefully gather long term members who will progress all the way up with our alts to the point where they can raid with our mains going into mythics.

This means that our window for accepting members who are geared for normal will be very limited, but enough to where if we were to get someone, we surely will before we're past that point.

Until further notice, the raid group will only meet Thursday 8:30pm to do H Manny & Archimonde and then continue to work on alts. Once the alts are all or mostly ready, we will continue to resume normal full time raiding schedule of Wed & Thurs 8p - 11p CST.

So far, here is our tentative but likely final raid group:

Tank 1 - Chris (Paly)
Tank 2 - Gene (DK)
Heal 1 - Justin (Shaman)
Heal 2 - Sword (Druid)
Heal 3 - Matt (Holy / Shadow)
DPS 1 - Irja (boomkin)
DPS 2 - Fiery (Rogue)
DPS 3 - Steve (Ele Shaman)
DPS 4 - Ryan (Paladin (Can heal))
DPS 5 - Carp (Monk)
DPS 6 - Tom (Hunter)
DPS 7 - Liam (Warrior)

Oh yeah huh I guess I forgot to include you in the list. You had first dibs on a Shaman healer so you make the call on what you want to do and just edit my post or have me edit it.

We don't need 3 shamans in a 12 person group.

Just be aware everyone - we're planning on having alt runs starting in the next couple of weeks so please get on it if you need additional time getting an alt ready for these runs.

If you have a toon that is empowered baleful geared and want to do Mythic dungeons, I'm on most nights. We can run on our alts and get a decent amount of gear before we finally raid.
